- Payment information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
- Setup access: Temporary account credentials and device information required during your appointment
- Communications: Messages exchanged during the support period and ongoing Managed plans
- Analytics: Anonymous usage data collected through Vercel Analytics (no cookies, no personal identifiers)
2. How We Use Your Information
- Schedule and complete your setup appointment
- Process payments
- Provide support during the 14-day managed support period
- Communicate about your service
- Improve our website and offerings
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Handling During Setup
During your appointment, we access only the systems and accounts necessary to complete the installation. We do not copy, store, or retain any of your personal files, passwords, or data after the appointment. We recommend rotating all shared credentials after setup is complete.
4. Your AI Runs Locally
The AI assistant we install runs on your hardware. Your data stays on your machine. We do not have ongoing access to your AI assistant, your email, your calendar, or any connected accounts after setup is complete — unless you are on a Managed plan and grant us access for support purposes.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Stripe for payment processing
- Google Calendar for appointment scheduling
- Vercel for website hosting and anonymous analytics
Each service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.
6. Data Retention
- Booking and contact information: Retained as long as needed to provide our services
- Payment records: Retained as required for tax and accounting obligations
- Setup credentials: Not retained after your appointment
- Communications: Retained for the duration of your service relationship
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your data
- Restrict or object to certain processing
